We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your package, provided that:

  • The product is unopened
  • The product is unused
  • The product is sealed in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any opened, used, or unsealed food products.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item. Returns should not be sent back without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item at our fulfillment center, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healthconcept.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review your claim and arrange either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened protein powders
  • Opened supplements
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
