Meet Our Founder
PAMELA GRABAREK
Pamela Grabarek is a holistic nutritionist, health coach, and author dedicated to helping
people address the root causes of chronic health challenges through a truly holistic
approach.
After struggling with eczema (atopic dermatitis) and multiple allergies herself, she began
searching for the root causes of her symptoms. By focusing on nutrition, gut health, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being, she transformed her own health and has now been symptom-free for over 13 years.
Today, Pamela supports people on their own healing journey through her 360° holistic
philosophy, recognizing that lasting wellness is never the result of one single factor. She
believes that the gut, brain, nervous system, nutrition, and lifestyle are deeply connected and should always be supported together.
Working closely with clients over the years, she realized that while addressing the deeper
causes of chronic symptoms is essential, everyday nutrition plays an equally important role. She saw the need for clean, thoughtfully formulated products made with pure ingredients that help nourish the body, support gut health, and fit naturally into a holistic lifestyle.
This vision became Health Concept—a brand created to support the body from within
through high-quality, natural nutrition inspired by science and guided by a holistic philosophy.

Through her own personal health journey, Madeliene developed a strong passion for health an wellbeing. She brings that passion to our team while supporting the brand across digital marketing, project management and day-to-day operations.

With a background in nutrition science and her own experience with digestive issues, Elena has developed a strong interest in gut health and digestion. She brings her expertise and personal understanding to the team while supporting our customers and helping with any questions that may come up along the way.
